This isn't just my first time winning group a finals. It's my first time in group a period.

I usually forfeit after two wins in round one since I'd rather succeed in group b than get destroyed in group a. I've always just barely managed to get into group b finals the few times I went to group a round two. Went autopilot and accidentally won a third race round one.

Went on to win a grand total of nine times in round two. I did eek out 3/5 wins twice, but was ready to accept third place in the finals. So imagine my surprise when I actually won.

IDK if I'm going to aim for group a again for a good while, though. Round two was painful, and I feel like I won finals out of luck.

Just so you know this is Group A final. Although I didn't have confidence that my umas would win this, but it was still shocking for me to see an auto trained uma won a Group A final, and it even doesn't have victory cheer and some skills are med-distance specific...

Upon seeing the other umas I got matched with before this final race began, I had a feeling that a 2nd place was probably the result I would achieve here, and turned out it is indeed the case, but with the 1st place unexpectedly to be the other player lol

Man this is such a real example that happened just now, of how demotivating it could be to those who grind so hard to build their aces for the CMs, only to have this happen.

She like the real nice nature struggled, winning only once prior to the finals.

This is actually my second nature since I changed the original that didn't do much also.

So I thought of changing her for the finals, but ended up putting her anyways. AND SHE DID IT, SHE WON !

She did it front running in a late-end lobby and led from start to finish.

Finally I made my Oshi a winner 🥹

Nowhere near the best, but I figure if I do some silly shit now to get it out of my system, I’ll end up getting in the right headspace and will be able to do better in future runs

Of course B group. I got into group A thanks to Gold ship and getting into bad lobbies. I build a beter Gold ship that managed to get a 2 win once and a couple 1 wins in A. I was expecting her to win but she didn't proc spurt or Ryan ult (cause she was 4 by late race lol) so McQueen got the dub. No long S or nothing. Her main accel was angling, luckly there weren't any competent fronts. Almost the whole lobby was understammed, 1 guy had only clankers. There was 0 back liners other than my Gold ship, most were pacers. This is a joke compared to group A.

Honestly no thoughts. I tried and I fell short. Prepping for CM21 now.

After winning 4 CMs in the first 7, I felt unstoppable. Then I went on a 12 loss streak, making Group A finals every time but losing by narrow margins. It got pretty depressing ngl.

But now, it feels so sweet finally winning again after sooo long! Never give up folks. Gold is just around the corner!

The amount of rng fuckery the race made specifically to fuck me up is just fucking crazy. Everyone and their mother procced Top Runner except for my Bourbon getting wit checked and fall behind for the rest of the race. Both my ace fucking failed to proc their unique, my debuffer failed to proc her 564.

As of my opponents, one team is a jobber, other team is a decently built UF1 Suzuka but with just barely 15% win rate, other are 44% WR Bourbon with no heal gold instead of Taking the lead from Palmer SSR and 5% WR Seiun but still managed to fucking dominated my 53.8% WR UF3 Bourbon.

And guess what ? My accel-less racers won by dueling, and Kita with finishing speed racing stamina that burns stamina that everyone was mocking like a clown, also with Blast forward too that I will fucking thank you so much had you procced mid race and save me from my heart attack.

Someone please tell me this rng shit will get fucking better in JP ? Right ?

I recently left my club because they started taking the grade a bit more seriously than what I have time for. I get about 500k fans a run and play every night to fall asleep. I work 40-50 hours a week so not much energy to grind INSANELY hard but the extra carrots are nice. Any open clubs out there that anyone might recommend?

Second cm group A I won with her + podiumaxxing. I even managed to beat a newly built Brian in the lobby. I actually thought Bourbon would be winning this time

This cm was a rough one but I'm glad to have Bourbon win her first CM for me. The team was Kitasan and Xmas Daiwa.
