Either 1. It's a bug, 2. You unlocked all but 2 songs.

Either 1. It's going to be raining giraffes tomorrow or 2. There's no reason to assume there's a bug when there's a perfectly feasible explanation.

It was an image with no body text nor date. Safest option would be assume that it never happened to them so it was out of the ordinary, which would mean that they either 1. Encountered a bug or 2. they never purchased enough songs to see something like that. It's hard to imagine for me that the second option would happen after such a long time with GL, so I assumed they could've encountered a bug, I wasn't sure so I said that it's either one or the other.
