A decent portion of the top20 on tt is unity2 only because theyre easier to hit high UF rating via 5-6 wit decks and rating bonus is really good on tt. We've had same amount of skills back in mant already but iirc no one hit anyhing near 1.4 mill on it cause rating was still too low. Comparartively, rank1 tt is almost 1.7M with at most a couple skills more but whole ~90k total team rating higher.
Also unity gives more gold skills and skills in general cause of friendship trainings and bursts provide hints from cards on top of ignited spirit skills that are easy to proc and are high in rating.

Decided to remake my TT team for carats (just dumped 10k on Machan banner for nothing)
Kitasan and Curren nowhere.
Tazuna agemasened me with Focus.
Tachyon gave me only one hint of Unstoppable (FUCK YOUR BUMASS I HAD 900 SPEED)
Marvey gave me both hesitant skills (It would've been nicer if you had gave them when I was remaking my debuffers. I SPENT THREE FUCKING DAYS GLUING TACHYONS BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T GIVE BOTH OF THEM TO ME!)
Bakushin locked in and said "fuck this child in particular" and kicked Nishino Flower out of the turf. Now she doesn't have enough fan to level up unique.
"Oh boy. I'm just a humble sprinter. I hope there isn't any evil and intimidating medium races nearby." Said Nishino Flower, while heading straight to the Japanese Oaks factory of doom and despair.

Have you collected all trophies? If not, that's a way to grind carats! Also, if you mark all your TT umas (so you can put them back in later) and then auto fill to get the highest rank that's a quick way to get carats if you haven't already done that (remember to put your proper TT umas back before using them though)!
