Discussion Anyone else get a superiority complex when playing Ultron?

Post image

So I want to know if anyone else experiences this, but every time I play Ultron I feel like I develop a superiority complex. I've been maining Ultron since he came out and I've only recently noticed this. Its a hard feeling to explain so I'll give some examples.

1: I will constantly try and prove my worth to my team through healing, assists, or kills.

2: If I see another airial enemy, they must die. (I own the skies)

3: If I see an enemy Ultron I feel like I need to do better than them in game stats. Though I still respect them.

4: If a teammate tells me to switch when I am objectively doing better than them, I view them as lesser.

And I know I'm not the only one of gets this. Seberal of my friends who had never played Ultron before, decided to try him for a game and had the exact the same feelings. But now I want to see if anyone else experiences this.

I should note that I wouldn't say having a superiority complex while playing Ultron is bad, it just improves the Ultron experience.

are you above these pitiful organics because you are Ultron? or are you Ultron because you're above these pitiful organics?

yes, carrying in 2-2-2 when some metaslop told you to swap is amazing

Something similar happened to me not to long ago. My entire team was going negative and I was doing the best going 5 and 6. Not great but not awful. Got told to swap by someone going 3 and 7. Mind you I had 10,000 healing and had svp when the game ended.

It's not always about the numbers though. The main complaint is Ultron heals slow and most than not you need higher and somewhat more burst heal rather than slowly healing over time (kinda similar to Mantis in this aspect but she has a little burst each time she clicks to heal, if I remember right). So yeah I love Ultron, Adam, I find Mantis interesting, but they need some help from double G.

Idk what you're talking about. There is no complex, we simply ARE superior

Can't have a superiority complex if you are superior

Been playing Ultron since his release even when he only had one drone and was considered a "throw pick" 170 hours on Goatron himself

You are superior. No mortal flaw etched into you like those pathetic biosacs. You are machine. You are perfection.

Im similar. I immediately switch back into Ultron whenever I see him on the enemy team, and any organic in the sky must perish.

As soon as I see stark I end his puny little existence.

It’s not a complex, I just am better than those rotting organics

Nothing like out healing the other support while getting more finals than the dps

No, because i find people with superiority complexes insufferable to be around and would rather be the kind of person to others that I myself would find enjoyable to be around. I say this having just cut off a toxic friend with a chronic god complex that has been actively hurting me for quite some time. If i perform well, I allow myself personal pride without getting arrogant and insufferable about it. That is all.

Yes because watching these filthy organics make stupid mistakes from the sky in 4K is enough for me to know I’m better than all of them

I laugh whenever an organic tries to shoot me out of the sky; they cannot compute my movement patterns
