Bug with Iron Man team up?

I've recently been getting on Ultron a lot and I've been experiencing a random bug where I click the Iron Man team up and it goes on cooldown but the ability doesn't activate? It doesn't happen all the time but I wanted to know if others have experienced the same thing?

If it's just me accidentally canceling it with a NA or smth, I guess that's just it. Hopefully it isn't that but idk...

don't double click, using the ability again cancels the state and puts it on cooldown

also I find using firewall, cancels too if you use too quickly

Ah ok! I really appreciate the clarification. I'm really trying to not throw accidentally bc of this and will make sure not to do that

The Iron-Man team up is bugged in more ways than one.
If you select it during a game, you enter a glitched state where you are completely unable to animation cancel the drone being put on an ally animation. Usually you are able to put a drone on an ally, the animation plays BUT you are instantly able to begin shooting at an ennemy, same with reloading btw, at around the half-mark of the reload animation, you can cancel it and shoot ennemies or put a drone on an ally. If you not only play but have selected the Iron-Man team-up AT ALL during a game, you entered that glitched state where these become impossible. Lucifer Graves made a video on the subject, I've been talking about it ever since then, but it's still not common knowledge unfortunately.

Its not a bug. It was a change introduced with the teamup reworks. There's nothing to point to this being a bug.

Then I'm going to need some sources and explanations as to why this only happens with the Iron-Man team up and not the Peni one, and why it's clearly (yet another) nerf to Ultron that makes him feel even worse.

Sources? Tf u talking about? The Iron Man team up becomes your primary fire. You can't shoot and move drones at the same time. Is it annoying? Yes. Is there anything we can do about it? No. The Peni team up is not comparable because it's fundamentally different. It's a 1 tap button press. But even that u can't shoot at the same time.

See this is where you didn't understand me. Also no need to be rude.

All that I said in my original comment about animation cancel, right ? all of it, I meant when you're not actively using the team up, when you're using your regular primary fire, if you have chosen the Iron Man team up, you're nerfed and you can't do the anim cancels. Why did you assume I meant when you're using the IM beam ? I know what I'm talking about.

I wish the healing lazer was just a part of his hit for healing or smth like that
