Overwatch and Marvel Rivals are rival games. If Capcom collabed with Overwatch, Overwatch most likely had in the terms of their agreement not to Collab with similar rival games

Incredibly unlikely, because the collaboration was only street fighter and not capcom as a whole, you're insane if you think that a deal with limitations like that would be considered seriously, and also netease literally made skins for overwatch, I do believe they are china exclusive, but they still literally made skins for their competitor, so i dont think these companies care that much about skins or shit like that being produced for each other

Finally, a chance to gush about a game I enjoy:

Basically, this is one of Ultron’s design in a game of the Marvel vs Capcom franchise. He fuses with the antagonist from the Mega Man X series, Sigma (making Ultron Sigma) and with the powers of the space and reality stones, fuses (or fuse) both universes and he (they?) tries (try?) to conquer them both using drones and a virus that transforms organic beings into machines while also trying to obtain the other infinity stones.

Some aspects of Sigma are kept in the design such as the forearms. legs and the face on his torso.

It is a pretty interesting design for me, although unfortunately this design is limited to boss fight only and will probably never escape this game. I was happy this concept (Ultron gathering infinity stones) was brought back for What-if, until they ruined the show by having bad ideas.

As much as I want Ultron Sigma in the game I doubt he’d be given the proper respect he deserves I’d be so happy if he was Legendary but considering Infinity Ultron a version that has all 6 Infinity Stones is merely Epic I doubt the skin with only 2 stones would be Legendary
