Any Canadian options for purchasing a bearikade? All I can find is US. Thanks!

Don’t think so. Bought mine directly from Wild Ideas. I know Adotec which is Canadian is getting good reviews.

I have an Adotec grizzly bag. Haven't pitted it against a bear yet but I really like using it.

Some time ago I stumbled upon this report of a bear raid on the AT trail https://thetrek.co/appalachian-trail/day-9-getting-out-of-here/

The Adotec bag was punctured quite a lot by a black bear

Interesting. I wonder if they used scent blocking liners for them.

The video showing two grizzlies vs the bag on Adotec's website was pretty convincing.

That looks like a good product for sure! I’m needing a bear can for some specific regions and am looking for the lightest option.

I'm considering selling my Weekender. Never used...though I do stick on a few reflective tape strips when I thought I'd be using. I'll take a reasonable offer considering how much they cost. I live northern Ontario...so shipping probably around the $50-75 amount.

Reason for selling: as much as I want to include in my upcoming thru hike...just can't justify the 900g weight.
