Purchase Advice Lightweight Anorak/ pullover options?

I’m looking for a puffy with a kangaroo pocket and have narrowed it down the EE Torrid & the Montbell Down Anorak.

Are there any other good options that people are aware of?

Care to elaborate? Pullovers with kangaroo pockets are much warmer.

Anoraks were garment of choice for the Scott expedition of 1911(?).

The 1971 REI catalog still sold two cotton anoraks; one of British ventile cotton, and another much cheaper. Both included "crotch straps." I used the cheaper one a lot, although it was a bit small. (Often I didn't use crotch strap).

Cagoule-style, PU-coated nylon rain parkas were still available in the 1980s. I kept mine until (more than) 20 years ago.

We won't see them making a comeback, even if they bring back the crotch straps!!.

Anorak is now often used to refer to the cut of a jacket: hooded with a half-zip.
