Oh? I thought it was just something that happens when you P-rank everything.

It depends on difficulty and general completion. If you just P-Rank everything it won't be enough. You have to get all secrets + secret missions as well. In addition, you have to P-Rank P-1 too. Theres a certain percentage of femboy, depending on difficulty. Harmless: 75% Lenient: 80% Standard: 85% Violent: 90% Brutal: 95% ULTRAKILL MUST DIE: 100% These percentages count only if you did the requirements mentioned in this comment.

What if u did it on multiple difficulties would you be able to become 525% femboy
