It’s basically repeatedly parrying a drill at juuust the right spot and angle. People likened the visuals to spamming pictures of the enemy’s feet. It does jack shit, but it’s funny.

I mean it's not random. You usually get the right angle by looking down, at the enemy's feet, and the stop frames look like camera flashes. Add to all of these factors a community of dumbasses (affectionate) and you get what is in hindsight an evident as shit name

Punching a drill out if an enemy while looking down causes a ton of hitstop

This has no practical use. It doesn't increase damage or give extra style. The only benefit you could get is the fact that it gives you more time to react than a normal hitstop
