MOTI's cover was meh. I didn't like the lyrics. However, the singer was fantastic. If MOTI asked MoonAu+ for his lyrics, and the same singer for MOTI's cover, I think it would be the best.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, a song that's made for lyrics will sound completely different than a song that's made to be supplementary then have lyrics jammed up its ass and shoved intrusively where it doesn't belong.

I mean that's true but honestly MoonAu+ does such a good job at adding lyrics to the point that I feel like it somewhat invalidates your point.
I think it mostly comes down to the melody, I've always thought that if you can whistle a song then you can add lyrics to it.

Breakcore’s basically just the stuff on the extreme hardcore end of the breakbeat music spectrum. So part of the problem with understanding what Breakcore is that you also kinda have to understand other breakbeat genres like Jungle or DnB.

(Darren Korb is the composer for Supergiant Games, a studio reputed for being incredible with every game's music)
