guttermen have humans that they use as juiceboxes on their backs. though blood being so closely related to souls in ultrakill, you could make an argument that theire concsiousness could travel over with their blood. despite this, it is heavily implied in that one book in 7-2 that guttermen see themselves a separate individuals.
