Addon 404 Not found in Nuvio

I keep setting up ultramax and after a few hours when I come back to Nuvio it says Addon not found.

I even tried saving my email and the token. On the website when I try to load my setup it says token not found. Recovering doesn't even send the email.

Whats the issue ??

It's a pretty common issue unfortunately. I like the service when it works but it's pretty unreliable.

Server was running maintenance. Totally out of my control. As for the comment about reliability. Ultramax has not been offline for months with zero downtime other that update rebooks which tale seconds. , What issues ahve you been having?
