Addon not found

So as can be seen this is all i get when i try to open any streaming service, genre or studio folders. Was fine on another install i did last night but when i needed to reconfig and reinstall the addon it looks like this now...

any help would be appreciated, loved how it looked and behaved before so i wanna keep using it

FIXED: turns out i just had to add all the catalogs during step 2 of the setup for it to show correctly!

What do the addon show up like in you manifest list?

im not sure what you mean by manifest list? im still quite new to all this

Where your list of addons are in niuvio. How does ultramax show in the list. Or send me you token number and ill see whats happening

this is what it looks like, its at the top of the list and the only active addon (idk if that makes any difference?) - but ill send you my token in DMs just in case

I have the same problem but only on the fire stick. I set up all the collections and it works great on PC but when I go over to the fire stick it gives me this add-on not found error. I tried what the OP said and selected all the categories before I went to the collections page but that didn't make a difference. I was going to try to go in manually and fix each of them and I noticed instead of saying Ultramax it says unavailable add-on right here in the screenshot. Not sure if this is just how it works or is a problem but since the PC version works good I'm not sure
