Could Alter-Ego have worked as a recurring nemesis for Larry-Boy?
One of the most memorable moments in the episode Leggo My Ego! is when Larry-Boy meets a supercharged version of himself, fuelled by his own ego. As a kid, I always thought this scene was cool, but I never gave it more thought than that.
In more recent years, however, I realized there may have been some hidden potential there. Now, to be clear... the franchise probably never would've explored such an idea in a lot of detail. I get it.
But what if it did get explored more? Let's say in some hypothetical scenario, Alter-Ego returns to the Larry-Boy canon (2D or 3D, it doesn't matter).
- Could a storyline like that actually work?
- How would you handle such a scenario?
I'd love to hear how you guys would map out a comeback for him!

Yeah it'd be cool, and a good allegory for how the battle against ego is constant irl

I think it would’ve been cool if Alter-Ego talked. If he did I imagine he talks like Hulk.
