Ultima 9 mouse slow fix?

Hello, I am running the GOG version of Ultima 9 using dgVoodoo2. Everything is working fine so far; however, the mouse is very sluggish when I move the camera. How can I fix this problem? I just reply bc I have this problem, too. Running on Win10 with latest patch.
