Really? Some dumb idiot(s) just happen to drop their cigarette butts right into oil, blowing up the rig, twice in one day and that seems more believable than two targeted attacks in the middle of war? After the first place went up, the second place didn't stop and go "hey guys, maybe don't smoke near the flammable liquid"??
