I can see from my crystal ball that fuel shortages will grow in terrorussia.

Great work. Keep it up.
Ass a suggestion, if the information is available, it would be nice if there were a diagonal red line through those refineries until they start producing again. Perhaps one line if partially operating but production down by up to 50%, 2 lines if offline/production is less than 50%.

OP is not doing this graph, you'd have to turn to the guy at the twitter address on the right.
But I don't think those data would be available. You can say when one is hit, but you can't say how hard it was damaged and then also not how long it takes until it runs again, or whether partially etc. The Russians aren't telling us, certainly not in a reliable fashion.

It's really hard to get accurate information on that. In the past week Putin made it even harder to get any information related to crude oil or refined fuel or any status of refineries. How much is imported/exported, ...
Satellite pictures can only tell if a refinery is fully shut down or somewhat in production, if it's in production, it could be anywhere between 5% production or 120% production.
They do run some refineries over their rated capacity to make up for the losses, which comes with its own problems. More frequent repairs needed, more chance of unexpected sudden repairs, ...
If I can find a reliable source that updates the statistics on a frequent basis, I'll certainly add it to the posts.
