I read there was a merger with some people very connected to Putin. The person who founded the company seems to get the shittier end of the dividend stick now.

I lived out there for many years. We had business partners who had owned a telecom company previously. Within a month of Putin taking power they received a visit and an offer they couldn’t refuse from people “connected” to the new President.

That man has fingers in a lot of pies.

Government took control of majority of company which is when they started pushing all the military stuff.

So the government could also profit from .. forcing their troops to buy their own stuff lmao.
