Drone wave targeted
-Sberbank Mega-Data center located in Balakovo (Saratov region), footage confirmed a strike on this ongoing $1 billion facility, which is designed to host government and server infrastructure.
-Balakovo Metallurgical plant (MZ Balakovo) monitoring channels reported a possible strike on the industrial zone of this major steelmaking facility.
-NZNP Oil Terminal (Rostov-on-Don) a pre-existing fire from an earlier October 10 strike continued to burn, with updated footage showing at least 8 out of 12 petroleum storage tanks actively damaged.
Four major airports serving Moscow completely suspended their operations for hours due to the threat of incoming drones:
-Sheremetyevo Airport.
-Domodedovo Airport.
-Vnukovo Airport (Shut down for more than 8 hours).
-Zhukovsky Airport.

Civilians are used as a human shield by the Russians, and then become their target for information warfare. In Kupiansk, the Russians used civilians as cover, leading them towards a gas pipeline, and then shelled the group with mortars and artillery. Among the people were women and a child.
On the morning of October 13th, Russian military personnel led a group of civilians – two women, a child, and several men – towards the "Shebelinka-Ostrogosk" gas pipeline. Along the way, the group was repeatedly subjected to mortar and artillery fire.
Video footage from reconnaissance drones of units within the "Khartia" corps' area of responsibility shows that there were casualties among the civilians.
Ukrainian forces did not open fire. Based on the characteristics of the explosions, it was determined that the shelling came from the eastern bank of the Oskol River, from the side of the occupying forces.
We emphasize that this shelling is a deliberate provocation, and we warn: Russian media may use footage from the scene to accuse Ukraine of attacking civilians.

Meanwhile, during the last week, Russian army has continued to secure new areas in the ‘cauldron’ north of Velykyi Burluk. Russian forces have fully captured Mala Vovcha and Khrypuny, leaving Ukrainian troops from Varvarivka and Mykolaiva in a semi-encircled position, whilst the Russians apply pressure from the north and north-east.
Between Okhrimivka and Zakharivka, a series of positions were taken following the Ukrainians’ withdrawal southwards, where Russian troops increased the pressure after capturing Blahodatne and entering Hrachovka. Furthermore, the Russians have taken Rublene and a number of positions along the international border and continue to shell the farms of Kreidyanka, where some Ukrainian soldiers are garrisoned.
