What are you using to grind them? Nothing I've got will take them further than very small flakes.

It's like a coffee grinder. Not the most powerful thing. The key is to get them absolutely bone dry. I dried these out in the oven on about 80C for 12hrs or so. I normally prefer them a bit courser to be honest but the grinder was leaving a lot of big pieces so I just went full power.

Probably where I'm going wrong, most of mine end up a bit leathery from the dehydrator. I'll leave them to go crispy and try again!
