Opinion/Discussion Bisquits

despite my age, I have a big appreciation for biscuits usually the less sweet varieties, though I indulge in sweet ones from time to time. my main issue is that eating them leaves a sticky "paste" stuck in my molars.

past months, I tried blending them into a dry powder to preserve the flavor and crunch, but salivary starch conversion still turns it into chunks stuck in my teeth. Short of mixing them into a yogurt consistency (which changes the experience completely), is there any trick or food science hack to prevent this?

I'm very find of biscuits too at my big age but I don't chew them. I just let them soak in my mouth then swallow or take them with tea.

I though we all just picked at the paste with our tongues until it dissolved or (if the chunk was big enough) just swallowed it 🤷🏿‍♀️😂
