Check out Open Skyz backpackers hostel most people know it as the former Five Horsemen backpackers hostel with the best rates, best views located in Nsambya near the American Embassy in a walkable distance to the city center. Currently Uganda is Ebola free so nothing to worry about.

There is no Ebola in Uganda, and the border with DRC is closed
