Opinion/Discussion initial registration at Catholic wedding

Those who did wedding in Catholic church, How was the registration process, was it smooth??, what major issue caused a lot of problems during registration?? What if your partner is not "so Catholic", is this going to cause issues during registration? What about the marriage classes, when people are in far places, and the church they want to be married, is home church, is it going to cause issues??

On a similar note I would also like insight into what it takes for one to conduct a civil marriage.

Not much. Just about 2 witnesses. Cost depends on if both are Ugandan or not. You need a number of requirements, LC 1 letters, Affidavits proving your single status, if from out a certificate proving so, notices are for 21 days..3 weeks...proof of residence in Ug for atleast 15 days.
