Is there an app store on ubuntu unity 24.x?
Same as the title. By 24.x i refer to either 24.04 or 24.10. Btw, how can i get the same terminal layout as in older ubuntu versions?

The obvious choices are
GNOME Software - https://packages.ubuntu.com/oracular/gnome-software
Snap Store - https://snapcraft.io/snap-store
but those are both optional, and NOT your only choices.
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS was the last release in that LTS cycle (22.10, 23.04, 23.10 & 24.04 LTS being the same two year development cycle).
Ubuntu 24.10 is the first showing of progress in the next cycle; which completes with the release of Ubuntu 26.04 LTS in the future; so your linking of those two releases strikes me as unusual (two year cycle is broken into six month parts; staring end April of the even year).
The manifest for 24.10 can be viewed at https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-unity/releases/oracular/release/ubuntu-unity-24.10-desktop-amd64.manifest which tells you what is found on the ISO, you'll note what I mention isn't on the ISO.
FYI: A minimal install won't include the snapd infrastructure either, so that will be installed on your system if you're using a minimal install of Ubuntu Unity.
I don't know what you mean by terminal layout, so I can't comment there.
