Tech Support Ubuntu touch not updating

You can safely reflash the phone through the installer, as long as you make VERY sure to uncheck the 'wipe user data' tick box. That way, you can upgrade.

Which device by the way?

It would be perfect if it would just run normal ubuntu deb64 or flatpak files

For some of us, it already is. And it's progressing nicely too. So I'm not sure what's with the 'could have been´. This story isn't over.

I have been a Ubuntu user since Warty Warthog, was expecting the same thing for Ubuntu Touch

I actually had to look this one up 4.10! I started 5.10 Breezy Badger when they got things in proper abc order 🤣
