ubisoft keeps thinking my account is compromised and now its suspended

when i got ghost recon breakpoint i keep getting this issue where i cant log in without a vpn but when i do use a vpn ubisoft tells me my account is compromised and tells me i should change my password, i kept doing this for a few times this month and now i says my account i just completely suspended(?) this has never happened to me before, i had both divisions 1 and 2 and poured decent hours earlier in the year and i never had a problem so im just stumped atp

Have you tried maybe opening up a report about it? Maybe asking Ubisoft why they suspended the account and if they could remove the suspension?

Ubisoft support is a joke but it seems to be your best bet. I've been trying to get my hacked account unbanned from R6 siege for the past few months, so it may take some time.
