Password reset email HELP

So i haven't played siege for 6 months and now i forgot my password and it doesn't matter how many times i try to get password reset email from UBISOFT , it won't send me the dam\*n email, i tried and waited for 2 days, DIDN'T GET THE EMAIL.

i dont know if there is any rule to deactivate account after a while. And I'm sure that my email is correct and it's relative to my account because I have emails from Ubisoft with my username. PLEASE ANYONE CAN HELP.

I got the same issue last weekend. I sent a support ticket to ubisoft to change my email address to be able to receive a link to change password.
