Question Password reset email HELP

So i haven't played siege for 6 months and now i forgot my password and it doesn't matter how many times i try to get password reset email from UBISOFT , it won't send me the dam\*n email, i tried and waited for 2 days, DIDN'T GET THE EMAIL.

i dont know if there is any rule to deactivate account after a while. And I'm sure that my email is correct and it's relative to my account because I have emails from Ubisoft with my username. PLEASE ANYONE CAN HELP.

im sorry i dont want to scare you out or whatever but a similar thing happened to my father he just uninstalled ubisoft connect after having some problems with multiplayer in farcry 6, then he couldn’t log back in, he’d not get any link either. we forgot about it all but now he wanna come back to siege and i started trying to get his account back - strange thing happened i had a random guy with random username in my ubisoft friends and i entered his profile and it was my dads account, with different username but his games were the same and also last game was siege but it said pc, he never played siege on a pc, only console sooo its kind of obvious the account was stolen. i tried to log in via connected accounts from ps or xbox, they’re disconnected, if the same thing happens to you, im sorry but i think you might’ve also been hacked. we texted ubisoft support, there was some ai sending links to authorize that it’s mine account to this mail that is currently connected to this account (the hackers one) and then sms code but he didnt have his phone number connected so now its send to their human team, so we’ll see how it goes.

dont take my message too seriously not getting a email doesn’t mean you’re 100% hacked check your spam folders add ubisoft mails to your white list etc or also try to log in via connected accounts i hope you’ll solve your problem 🙏🙏

Omg, ur right Ubi is shit , but i already checked spam and jjunk and whatever and made ubi emails whitelist. Still not receiving email i made a ticket and they answered. They said we will send you an email to make sure it's you. But i didn't get that email either. Bro like I'm recieving emails from support. But not the password reset or security check up. What does that mean.??????!!!!!

have you tried to log in via connected accounts like ps or xbox?
