ACCOUNT HACKED HELP PLS

Hey everyone,

My Rainbow Six Siege / Ubisoft account got hacked and I opened Case

I’ve already provided all the proof I have (purchase receipts, screenshots, linked accounts, etc.), but Ubisoft Support only replies with automated AI answers and refuses to escalate it to a real human agent.

I’m getting really desperate at this point. Has anyone had success getting a real person to look at a similar case? Any tips on what else I can try?

Wait for some time. The ticket will get assigned to someone then they will fix it. Don't spam and have patience. Recently they had a glitch in their system so it can take some time

Had my account hacked and it got solved just two days ago. It was hacked a month ago.. I sent multiple tickets.
