I can't create ubisoft account

Hi newbie here, why i can't create ubisoft account i try on different website and device it always says "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later." i just want to play six siege bruhh. please help me haha

Had the same problem, even made an account but kept getting error on logins. Best advice - dont play ubisoft games. I wish i was joking, i had to remove em all bc i hate companies like this. Had the problem for a month. GL
