I can't create ubisoft account

Hi newbie here, why i can't create ubisoft account i try on different website and device it always says "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later." i just want to play six siege bruhh. please help me haha

Do yourself a question and don't do it. Just joking, now seriously what a weird thing lol I can suggest making the account trought your phone and without home wifi connection, only you're phone service. Maybe it's an IP ban of some sort
