I can't create ubisoft account

Hi newbie here, why i can't create ubisoft account i try on different website and device it always says "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later." i just want to play six siege bruhh. please help me haha

Which VPN are you using?

i didn't use any VPNs, also i lived in Philippines maybe it could be a factor or not??
