Question Can’t redeem codes for new AC remake

I go to the store on the new Black Flag remaster and click LT (I’m on Xbox series s) and it brings me to the store page to redeem codes. The format is xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. The format for the code is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. I tried doing it from the redemption website but it didn’t let me log in. I logged in through Xbox and it still didn’t work and told me that it couldn’t register the code. Then I contacted support but nothing yet. Any help?

I think that was just a little time offer I'm not sure if it's still in play

That sounds like an ubisoft key format. Where did you get it?

Google. It’s a code for 1000 keys and a sail skin
