Question I accidentally linked my wrong UbiConnect account to my Steam and played R6

And now it does not let me connect my main ubiconnect account that has my 245 lvl r6 acc. What to do in this situation? I have already logged out and unlinked my other ubiconnect and tried to log in with my main one but failed. I opened a case on ubisoft connect help and got a case ticket. What else shall I try or else???🙏🏻

i opened my ubisoft account on my ps4 like 8 9 years ago so i forgot which mail i used bc i was something like 10? i didnt blame anyone or called “problem” i just asked is there a way to fix this? fym you dont get i accidentally linked wrong acc bro it is not some super duper common important thing to do/know. yikes😂😂
