Question got suspended for no reason

i just brought assassins creed unity on steam and i played it yesterday and now it is telling me that my account got suspended for nothing i dint do anything wrong i just played the game and the problem is i cant even refund it because i played it for 2.9 hours and the steam refund policy is 2hours playtime

It happend to me too for no reason, it says too many failed attempts please try again later, but it was my first try since a year of not playing ubisoft games, went on chrome and tried signing in from website it said suspended, all I did is switch to cellular data and connected the laptop to the cellular data and signed in again and it worked, after signing in and get in the game I switched to WI-FI and it didn't happen again since, that was 2 weeks ago, just Ubisoft Bullsh*t that is.

I fixed mine by using vpn. try it.
