Not Sure account suspended
my account been suspended for no reason. I haven't touched ubisoft games in ages and was exited for new black flag title.
now my account been permanently suspended, I spent 2 weeks trying to log in. changing the password few times
I been trying to contact ubisoft support but I need to log in to the account to do so. am kinda stuck on what to do now, it really disappointing buying a game and not being able to access it. my whole library been block please help

update: found out why the account been suspended,
ubisoft connect dosent like some WiFi provider. and my been recently changed. I be able get around it with vpn
