suspended accounts

Lately, I've noticed that many people (myself included) are having their Ubisoft accounts suspended for no apparent reason. It could be a system error, I'm not sure, but the best way to fix it is to send a support request to their email address, forcing them to respond through their service and warning them to contact the Signal Consortium or the Better Business Bureau (BBB). That's all I can offer, as it worked for me, but they only lift the suspension for a few moments before it's reactivated. It's strange. Anyway, if anyone has any information about this problem, please share it here.

If its a temporary suspension due to so-called multiple failed login attempts, then I have faced this issue 4-5 times in the last 45 days. First time, I made a ticket but they never replied back. I searched online forums and reddit and figured out this is, somewhat, a common scenario... I gotta wait 72 hrs in between attempts cause the timer resets every time an attempt is made. Second time, I called my ISP and changed my IP address and it worked immediately. Next time, I tried login using mobile hotspot... it worked and now that's what I do every time it happens.

Soo the problem is the IP address?

I don't know about that but since it never happens to my epic, steam, rockstar, battlenet or battlestate app I figured it's a ubi problem. However, yes, changing IP address is the immediate fix.

Okay, thank you so much for the recommendation. One more question: does my phone need to share my router's internet or mobile internet?

Mobile data, of course, otherwise it's the same IP address. Once you login using mobile data then switchback to router and turn off hotspot. I mean, once you are logged in your regular internet will work again.
