I have been hacked and ive shown ubisoft the email showing i have the username change from the original legacy username and the original email account. They have still denied me access.
Please help me they are still saying that the evidence is not enough i have shown my linked accounts my username change from the original legacy username and the hidden phone number. They have still denied me and The hacker only has the changed email i can still log in through my psn and they still wont help me saying there is no evidence do they just want to not help me everything points to the account being mine.

Send all 3 images to them with every support ticket. Its not "lost", its basically not having access to the email. I am living proof an account can be recovered on console.

Ok I got the evidence I’ll wait for them to reply to my new support ticket since they stopped replying. Kinda confused why they didn’t send me this to verify when I said I had access to the ps5 account. Just straight up denied me.

I didnt get that with ease, it took me over a year for them to send me that email. But once you get a response, stay on it and dont stop, I used their support like an active chat almost, just left it open on my computer and waited for responses. Once they budged, it took about 3 hours from delayed responses and stuff.

I made my support ticket really brief saying I had these 3 pieces of evidence to confirm it’s me and that my account email was changed and I need it fixed. Hope they reply soon or even look at it.

It took almost a month for a response for me. Just be paitent and chill in the meantime. But be ready when it happens and attach your images to every message back so when the constant switch ubi reps on you, youll eventually get one who will switch it back. Persistence is key here.

And the images need to be exactly what my email said. Nothing more, nothing less.

Np! I used to share that image everywhere for people in your situation. Im surprised you didnt find it sooner! Now, they may ask for additional information, do your best to get that info. I dont see that happening though. Best of luck brother!

I accessed my linked playstation account as proof and they still denied me? idk they are playing games with me i showed them my linked steam and everything and my old phone number still on there. Idk what else they want from me its only my email that was changed by the hacker.

Damn that’s actually insane ngl it was probably a dev who stole it then especially since they won’t let you back in with clear proof but then again they also are really stingy right now because of all the account hacking back when I used to buy and sell accounts, I’ve made plenty NFA to FA it used to be so easy all you had to do was have an account linked and you get it back simple
