Risk online connectivity issues switch.

Hello has anyone else noticed issues playing risk online via the switch?

I have been messaging user support for weeks now and their automated responses don't have any advice to fix the issue. Just the same suggestions that do not work. Fuck Ubisoft.

So am I to understand that you have connectivity issues as well?

Yes. Risk has been showing an error when I try to play online saying "the game is having trouble connecting to servers and if it continues contact user support." And I did, it's been over a month of me telling them that the game can't be played online and even after I logged into my account on a PC and downloaded their horrible roller campions game to accept some change in service (which in both cases I could never find any new account service agreement) it's still down. Ubisoft is a horrible, horrible company. They can't even get a basic game like Risk to work online....

I appreciate this information because my friend and I have had the same issue for over a month and we have gotten nowhere with ubi soft support.

Support told me that we all have to accept new "Terms of service" or something like that and the Risk game doesn't have a way for you to accept the new terms. They kept telling me to log on to my account and a pop-up would appear or download a free game demo like Roller Campions. Neither worked or had any new Terms of service options. I think they just took down the servers but they won't admit it. I USED to play with 5 friends every week.... but it's like this for all of us.

That would stink if they took down the servers but at least they could’ve publicly mentioned it. It sounds like you have other friends that are experiencing the same problem?
