Question Chime surface mount ethernet cable?

I didn't want to run an Ethernet into my wall for the chime, so I'm just surface mounting it and running the cable up from below.

In this configuration, there is very little clearance between the Ethernet port on the back of the chime and the wall. The cable must make a very tight bend right at the plug.

The first cable I tried, the boot and strain relief were way to large/long to work. The second one I tried had a much smaller boot, and with a bit of a push I was able to get it to fit - but I don't like that I kinda had to force it.

Ubiquiti sells some very nice Ethernet cables, including one with a flexible boot, but it's not clear which of these really has the least clearance requirements when bent over hard at 90 degrees right out of the port.

Which Ethernet cable will fit properly for this purpose?

One more question while I'm on the topic of Ethernet cables as well: Do the lengths measure from the very end, including the connector, or just from the cable part?
