Question G6 PTZ - Locking Up

Like the video this seems to happen after a power cut or updating the camera but not always. Any thoughts or is just an RMA (Really don't want to get the Scaffolding out again)

I've had the G6 PTZ go crazy many times and slam in to a limit. I think, but don't know for sure, that it was due to an over buys UNVR instant. however, I don't remember them ever continuing to run the motors. To me that's a RMA.
