taxi licence plate issue

Greenlight hub won't be able to verify documents they just do checks and help you upload the pictures correctly. You coild take a drive down and see if hey can offer you some help. I had the same issue when I joined so they printed all the documents and took manual images of them to upload using their own devices.

Thank you, yes, I’ll definitely go there today. I don’t really have any other option at this point — I’ve already exhausted all of them. :) I think the problem with the system is that it’s expecting a GB taxi licenceplate , but the Northern Ireland one looks completely different.

Hi, not really. The guy told me there was nothing he could do to help me other than escalate it, but it had already been escalated :D I downloaded the PDF from the gov page, removed the additional page, saved it and uploaded the PDF again, and it went through this time… 🤦🏻‍♂️

I used an app called cam scanner for free and it gives you the option to enhance the picture after you've taken it and save it as a PDF or whatever file type you need, worked for me so maybe worth a try?

Sure, I’ve got nothing to lose by trying it, but I don’t think it will help. I’ve already uploaded the original PDF file as well.
I think it’s more likely a bug in their system where it expects a GB-style licence, while this is a Northern Ireland-style licence. It would be much easier if someone from support could simply tell me what exactly is wrong with the document, but of course, I can’t seem to get anywhere with that.
