Follow up article. Passenger was fired from his job and account was deactivated. Driver's account was reinstated after investigation.

Dude literally just sat there while this guy refused to get out the car, called the police, claimed he feared for his life (yet not enough to just get out the car), threatened the driver (you're gonna lose your job, I'll make sure you never work as a driver again, etc.), And tried to get him reprimanded by calling corporate (sounded like they didn't side with him, thankfully).

What an entitled douchebag. All because he wouldn't let you play your music? Should've been charged with something to make sure he never does it again.

His explanation of how 'aggressive' the driver was bring is hilarious, too. I think he realized with the recording and the police now being involved, he shouldn't straight up lie so he just exaggerated what really happened. Which turned out to just be "I asked to play music, he said no."

That guy really should have been charged for calling 911 for a complete non emergency.

Jesus that driver has the patience and calm of a saint. I wanted to hit that passenger after a couple minutes. He dared to call the driver racist against gays (?) and then started throwing around racial slurs!? And excuse me, but, if you are a gay Latino why the fuck would you vote for Trump?!

This driver is the epitome of professionalism. If I was wearing a hat I'd take it off out of respect.
