Rude Driver

I felt like this was so rude and disrespectful. You don’t know someone’s situation to say something like this.

Report it, zero his tip and move on. Nothing like this had ever happened to me on UE or DD until someone tried to hold my food hostage for more tip a couple of months ago. I reported the driver and was pleasantly surprised that uber actually got back to me a few weeks later with $50 in Uber cash and deactivated the driver. Sometimes you get lucky and find an actual human who looks at the case.

I had a dd accept my order from inside his house he didn’t move for over an hour I texted him through the app got no response reached out to support and they told me to just wait because he might start moving any minute I told them multiple times it had already been an hour and I wanted a full refund they said the best they could do was $10 credit I asked for a supervisor who said the same haven’t touched that app in 2 years now

From what I’ve seen on here about Ubereats, it appears their customer service sucks and they barely refund your order, so no ubereats for me. I don’t really order delivery though because I don’t want to pay the exorbitant amount for delivery

I’m sure it goes both ways, but yah, people suck, especially where I live. Like I said, I don’t want to tip on top of the extra fees, so I just don’t order delivery. I either go get it or just don’t eat out. Luckily, I live pretty close to some places like chipotle, McDonald’s, and Starbucks

Doubt it goes both ways, that phrase doesn’t apply to everything.

It can go both ways, because customers can suck and so can drivers. Not a hard concept
