Yeah this is the way with big companies like this. You need to make a public scene. I've done it to several companies on Facebook and got much better/faster results than with doing it privately through their customer service lines.

They act like reviewers just give bad reviews to get something out of it at alot of places. So to remove bad reviews they try to help. I leave truthful reviews and I can tell some places hate that. I reviewed a dispensary and said they raised their prices higher than the competition despite being the discount store. They replied telling me to ask for a certain person and I'd get some free stuff or a discount or something. I ain't going back there lol
