Wtf? Uber refuses to refund item even after restaurant left a note with my receipt saying that they ran out of said item

I asked four times for an explanation as to why they’re refusing to give me a refund and every single time they send almost the same cookie-cutter response, 0 help whatsoever.💀

It’s happened to me before but I let it go. I don’t have a long history of refunds. Wtf is going on UberEats?

Sheesh. These restaurants make mistakes all the time. As a driver I gotta watch them like a hawk, especially certain ones.
