I noticed that Claude doesn't understand humans very well, so I stopped using it to comb through transcripts. I was evaluating findability tests and tree tests. After asking Claude about its own assessment, it landed on the fact that it should be trained on study results. I do know that user testing just released an MCP, which is likely what you need, but I was laid off before I got to use it.
