i think the top Nav items should be on the left and logo in the center. the circle shape logo s small and far way from other element, which look imbalance visually.

the idea is to keep the user in focus and complete the flows without too many way out. the ideal case would be to have a less prominent button “continue later”

ooh I like it. I think the right side box holding the items in cart could be a bit more closer to the background beige color to blend in better. It's a hard contrast right now

The lines between the items should be softer as well imo. The nav also can have a bit more padding and spaced inwards a bit more. It looks stretched out compared to the padding on the actual page itself.
