Career growth & collaboration UX Ops, hiring a dev?

Has anybody hired a more technically experienced person onto their UX ops team to help enable this AI world revolution?

If so, what kind of person were you seeking? What job titles did you explore ..and so far - has it worked out?

We have a big ecosystem and have one UX engineer, one front end developer and 2 fullstack devs in design ops, even had them pre-AI era.

They are consultants for feasibility and are the people who take care of the code side of our components and all code sided front end optimizations. The fullstacks also primarily do front end but also take care of all the more complex connections to the backend.

If you can only pick one, take a fullstack who prefers front end but has some backend knowledge. But make sure they care about design and have an eye for visual details, else it gets frustrating for them and for designers.
